BALTIC 107 Catamaran – A 33m Superyacht

For its entry into the world of multihulls, the Baltic Yachts shipyard, internationally renowned for the high quality of its yachts combining luxury and performance for over 50 years, has chosen Berret Racoupeau Yacht Design.

Baltic Yachts’ experience and expertise promise high quality composite and a level of finish never seen before on a multihull. At the same time, the Finnish shipyard is at the forefront of innovation to reduce the environmental impact of its vessels, from construction to sailing, with extremely low noise levels and energy consumption, as well as hydro-electric generation under sail.

Commenting on this exceptional multihull, Olivier Racoupeau said:

‘With the Baltic 107 Catamaran, Berret Racoupeau Yacht Design is particularly proud to bring the multihull into the world of the superyacht. Our team of enthusiasts immediately recognised Baltic Yachts’ values. It was only natural for us to design this exceptional catamaran, as we share the same vision as her owner. With a wealth of experience in multihulls, we have been able to combine elegant lines, high-performance shapes and volumes that allow us to reach any destination in the greatest comfort.’

Berret Racoupeau Yacht Design would particularly like to thank Henry Hawkins, Executive Vice President, and Kenneth Nyfelt, Sales Director, of Baltic Yachts, project managers Lars Gripenberg and Mikael Nyberg, as well as the owner and his representative, Patrick Sassier, for their trust.

Two new HANSE Yachts revealed at Cannes

Continuing to develop its new range at a steady pace, HanseYachts AG is unveiling not one but two new models at the Cannes Yachting Festival. For its new flagship, the HANSE 590, it is not hesitating to break the convention, to stand out from the crowd with an ever-higher standard of living. It has produced some unique pieces of furniture, such as the chaise longue in front of each helm station, or the chart table, whose original design is a real eye-catcher. At the opposite end of the range, the HANSE 360 offers impressive volume for a 36-footer. Presented in a version with three cabins, two bathrooms and a galley treated as a separate room, it has certainly caught the eye of the jury of the most coveted prize in the world yachting industry, as it has been nominated for the European Yacht of the Year 2025. The two new Hanses remain true to the brand’s heritage, synonymous with fast cruising and easy maneuverability thanks to particularly well-thought-out deck plans. With these two new yachts, Berret Racoupeau Yacht Design confirms its ability to innovate to revitalise a range, in keeping with the brand’s DNA, always combining style, comfort and performance.

Fountaine Pajot ushers in a new era with the NEW 41

Romain Motteau, Managing Director, claims that ‘this is not the latest Fountaine Pajot, but the first of a whole new generation’. Thanks to the trust built up over the years, Berret-Racoupeau yacht Design has been able to be particularly innovative and creative in creating a catamaran that ‘completely renews the genre and sets new, much higher standards for 40-foot catamarans’, confirms Olivier Racoupeau. An exterior revolution, with a cockpit more open than ever to the sea, 2000W of solar panels on the roof, a huge sundeck forward, but above all an elegance of lines ‘usually reserved for much larger models’, says the shipyard. Larger is also the impression given by the accommodation, although ‘it’s very difficult to start with the smallest catamaran in the range’ admits Isabelle Racoupeau. However, the NEW 41 already boasts a number of innovations that will become even more important in future models, such as the magnificent double berths facing the large hull portholes, the roof windows that open wide at the front, and the attention to detail that translates into an exceptional level of comfort. Available in an electric version, but above all with particularly high performance under sail, the NEW 41 opens the way for carbon-free cruising. Berret Racoupeau Yacht Design is particularly proud to be working with our long-standing partner, Fountaine Pajot, in this direction.

New Hanse 410 announced

Berret-Racoupeau Yacht Design is particularly proud to unveil the third opus of the brand new Hanse Yachts range, described as “revolutionary” by the shipyard itself. The future Hanse 410 joins the highly successful Hanse 460 and 510. True to the brand’s DNA, the future model, which will be unveiled next summer, is more than ever innovative, racy and efficient, but it also develops an interior space of impressive volume and quality. Finally, to be in perfect harmony with her times, an electric drive has been specifically developed and will be available as an option.

While waiting for its official presentation at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2023, the NEW 80 is revealed in video. Redefining the codes of luxury is the objective set by Fountaine Pajot for this new opus. Berret-Racoupeau Yacht Design is particularly proud of this new collaboration with a shipyard that we have accompanied in its evolution for many years. While offering new exterior and interior spaces, as well as a superyacht quality finish, this catamaran retains all its elegance, an intangible element of its brand DNA.

International Design Day

‘Design is the silent ambassador of a brand’ – This quote from Paul Rand is apt for us on this International Design Day. Along with innovation, style has always been in the DNA of Berret-Racoupeau yacht Design. We know that graphics, sometimes born of a simple pencil stroke, can give a brand its identity. Lines, curves, radii, angles, reveal a feeling, translate an intention, from the most sporty to the most cocooning. All the talents of our team work together with this philosophy as a guideline. They give birth to a yacht that is always unique, immediately recognisable, from the eye of the photographer in the distance to the smallest interior detail, from our sketches to reality.
